Affiliate Pharmacy & TestoLink Programmes Launched 🚀
We are pleased to announce the launch of two new components of the Harley Street TRT Network – Affiliate Pharmacies and TestoLink.
Community pharmacies play a vital role within the UK's healthcare system, supporting millions of patients every week and often serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking health advice.
The Affiliate Pharmacy Programme and TestoLink Programme have been developed to help improve awareness of men's health concerns, particularly hormone health, and support appropriate signposting for patients who may benefit from further clinical assessment. Through the programmes, participating pharmacies will receive educational resources and targeted training designed to help pharmacy teams recognise symptoms that may warrant a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Pharmacies participating in the programmes will provide general information about men's hormone health, offer lifestyle guidance where appropriate, and support patients in accessing further assessment through a Harley Street TRT Network clinic when clinically appropriate.
Importantly, participating pharmacies do not diagnose testosterone deficiency, recommend testosterone therapy, or determine whether treatment is suitable. Any decision regarding investigation, diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing management remains the responsibility of the treating clinician following a comprehensive medical assessment and thorough blood testing.
The two programmes operate under different structures. Under the Affiliate Pharmacy Programme, participating pharmacies may receive a signposting fee in recognition of the time spent supporting patients, providing information, answering questions, and facilitating access to appropriate clinical assessment.
Under the TestoLink Programme, where treatment is prescribed, participating pharmacies may support the patient by dispensing the prescribed medication as part of the ongoing care pathway.
In all cases, decisions relating to diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment remain entirely independent and are made by the treating clinician following a comprehensive medical assessment and thorough blood testing.
We have already enrolled over 100 pharmacies across London and are continuing to expand the programmes across the UK. Our goal is to increase access to men's health information, encourage earlier conversations about symptoms that are often overlooked, and help ensure patients can access appropriate clinical support when needed.
As with all Harley Street TRT Network initiatives, patient wellbeing, clinical governance, and responsible healthcare remain at the centre of both programmes.
